In addition to reporting on sports, she also worked as a contributor to social media and an live host. She was soon bumped to join Fox Sports 1 as part of their News and Highlights team. Under FS1 Taft covered many reputed championships and reported these on the ground. In addition, she was the sideline reporter for football, and became the leader for college journalism with Gus Johnson. It was in 2018 that she gained fame when she was chosen to be the moderator on The TV Show Skip and Shannon Undisputed. It's an area she continues to fill to this day. She also hosts her own show CFB: Inside Slant, and acted as the pit reporter in the Discovery Series Battlebots.
